Return & Refund Policy

To ensure product quality, please inspect all items immediately upon arrival at your 

office or warehouse. 

Claims made after products have been used will not be accepted, particularly for 

plating fading, scratches, or functional issues, as we cannot verify the conditions of use.

However, if products remain unopened and stored within six months of the invoice date,

we will take responsibility for any defects. 

In such cases, we ask for your cooperation as below before we offer a discount, return，

 repair, or reproduction.

Claim Process

1. Provide Photo Evidence – Clear, detailed and multiple angle images of defects are required. 

    We will also compare them to our retained samples in both our office and factory.

2. Confirm Defective Rate – Indicate the percentage or actual quantity of defective items.

3. Obtain Return Authorization – Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted,

   and no credit will be issued. In some cases, reproduction may be a faster and more 

   cost-effective solution.

4. Shipping Costs – Return shipping fees are negotiable based on the situation. However, 

    we are not responsible for internal shipping fees incurred during your initial quality check.

5. Return Logistics – We will inform you the relevant shipping detail including, destination,

   shipping method (sea, air, or courier) for your returning.
