Photo etched with soft enamel

The pattern on photo etched pin is created through chemical corrosion, not by die stamping. Compared to die stamping, the depth of recessed part is relatively shallow. Photo etching cannot achieve a 3D effect because the pattern is corroded, and the depth of the recess is consistent.

Typically, the material thickness is 0.8mm, and the pattern can be applied on one side or both sides. If use a 0.4mm material and corrode both the front and back sides simultaneously, we can achieve a cutout effect.
